Cookie Settings

This website does not set advertising, analytics or other non-essential cookies, so there is nothing to switch on or off. This page explains what that means and what to expect.

01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, do the same job. They can keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure how a site is used, or show advertising.

02Cookies on this website

CategoryUsed here?Purpose
Strictly necessaryTechnical measures onlyDelivering the site and protecting it from abuse. These do not identify you or track you across sites.
FunctionalNoRemembering choices such as language or display settings.
AnalyticsNoMeasuring visits and behaviour. We do not use analytics tools on this site.
AdvertisingNoShowing or measuring ads. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

We do not track you across websites, build advertising profiles or sell data collected through cookies.

03The SSB Hub application

The SSB Hub platform, which customers reach through Client Login, is a separate application. It uses cookies and browser storage that are needed to keep users signed in securely, to remember display preferences, and to keep unsaved drafts on the user’s own device. These are essential to the service and are not used for advertising.

04Third-party sites

If you follow a link to a third-party site such as LinkedIn or WhatsApp, that site may set its own cookies under its own policy. We do not control them.

05Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you clear local storage too. Because this website does not depend on optional cookies, it works normally either way. Blocking strictly necessary cookies in the platform may stop you from signing in.

06If this changes

If we add analytics or other optional cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first, explain what each one does, and let you change your choice here at any time. We handle any personal data collected in line with our Privacy policy (PDPA) and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
