01About these terms
This website is operated by SSB Hub Pte Ltd (“SSB Hub”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Singapore. By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms cover the public website only. They do not apply to the SSB Hub platform that customers sign in to, which is provided under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails for the platform.
02Information on this website
The content here is general information about our products and services. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or professional, financial, legal or compliance advice. A binding agreement for our services is formed only when both parties sign a written agreement or order form.
We try to keep the information accurate and current, but features, availability and integrations can change and may differ by customer and configuration. Screens, tables and figures shown on this website use fictional sample data for illustration only. They are not real customer, vessel, price or transaction data. Testimonials and customer logos are shown for illustration or with permission of the relevant party.
03Acceptable use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems or networks;
- introduce malware, or interfere with, overload or disrupt the website or its security, including through automated scraping or denial-of-service activity;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the website, except where we have given prior written permission;
- copy, frame, mirror or reproduce the website or its content in a way that misleads others about its source;
- use the website to send unlawful, misleading, abusive or unsolicited commercial messages, or to impersonate any person or organisation;
- do anything that would breach Singapore law, including the Computer Misuse Act 1993.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
04Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, layouts, software, product names, the SSB Hub name and logo, and the look and feel of our products, belong to SSB Hub or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
You may view the website and print or share individual pages for your own internal business evaluation of our products. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Names and logos of third parties belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply endorsement or partnership beyond what is stated.
05Contacting us and your submissions
When you contact us, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you have the right to give it. Please do not send confidential, sensitive or personal data beyond what is needed for your enquiry. We treat enquiries as non-confidential unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, for example in a non-disclosure agreement.
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy policy (PDPA). You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, and that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing, to the extent permitted by the Electronic Transactions Act 2010.
06Third-party links and services
This website may link to third-party websites and services, such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp, and uses third-party infrastructure to operate. We do not control those services, are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
07Availability
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice, for example for maintenance or security reasons.
08Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SSB Hub, its directors, employees and suppliers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10Your responsibility
You are responsible for your use of the website and for any claim arising from your breach of these terms, and you agree to compensate SSB Hub for loss it reasonably incurs as a result of that breach.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and the updated terms apply from the date they are posted. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12General
- Entire agreement. These terms, with our Privacy policy and Cookie Settings, are the whole agreement between you and us about the website.
- Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
- Third parties. A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of its terms.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business.
13Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party submits to them. Please contact us at kiran@ssbhub.biz first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
